• Free initial case assessment within 24 hours.
• Legal assistance in recovering funds lost to crypto scams, forex brokers, fake investment platforms, and misleading advertising.
• All services are provided on a success-fee basis only.

4. No Upfront Fees

We do not charge any upfront or hidden fees. Our fee is payable only after successful recovery of funds and is clearly stated in the individual service agreement.

5. No Guarantee of Results

• We do not guarantee any specific outcome or percentage of recovery.
• Every case is unique. Success depends on many factors, including available evidence, time passed since the loss, and cooperation of banks and payment providers.
• Any success rate or timeframe mentioned on the website is average and not a promise for your individual case.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your case.
• Supply all requested documents and evidence in a timely manner.
• Cooperate fully during the recovery process.
• Not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.

7. Fees and Payment

• Our success fee ranges from 15% to 35% of the recovered amount (specified in the signed agreement).
• The fee is deducted automatically from the recovered funds.
• If no funds are recovered, you pay nothing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Claim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Netherlands and the European Union. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Netherlands.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
